When purchasing and using equipment through Beachside Fitness Equipment, the purchaser and user understands the risks associated with using or making contact with this type of equipment and agrees not to hold Beachside Fitness Equipment, its agents and/or representatives responsible for injuries and/or proper maintenance and/or supervision. ALWAYS have a physical and get a physician’s approval before starting any fitness program. Unauthorized reproduction of this web site or any of it’s contents is strictly prohibited. DEADZONE™ and/or PIT SHARK™ logos and emblems are trademarks of Beachside Fitness Equipment and may only be used with our permission.

All prices in U.S. Currency. All prices are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT TERMS

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express for payment (we do not accept international credit cards). Additional acceptable forms of payment include: Money Order (U.S. only), Cashier/Bank check (U.S. only), and personal/company checks (U.S. only ,allow 7-10 business days to clear issuing U.S. financial institution).

SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order and it’s final destination. Typically orders weighting under 250lbs. Ship via UPS ground and orders weighing over 250lbs. Ship via a freight company.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

All sales are final. Exceptions are made for defective merchandise. If product is defective, please contact us first to receive a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. All returns are subject to a15% re-stocking fee and both inbound and outbound shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Any merchandise that is claimed to be defective will be subject to inspection and approval of the manufacturer. Return Authorization Number must be included with all returns or no credit will be given. Please call Beachside Fitness Equipment for a Return Authorization Number (TOLL FREE 1-866-543-1605).

FREIGHT/SHIPPING DAMANGE

Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing carriers receipt. Make notations on the receipt of any exterior damage. If any concealed damage is noticed while unpacking, DO NOT THROW AWAY PACKING MATERIAL!!! Contact us immediately. Carriers allow only 7 days to report damage or you will lose claim privileges. Customer must call us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If claim is made at a later date, we will not be held responsible. All freight/shipping carrier re-delivery charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

ORDER LEAD TIME

Orders will generally be shipped within 48 hours, barring back orders. Transit time is usually 4-7 business days. Large orders may have a lead time of 6 to 8 weeks, call for specific details.

WARRANTY

Beachside Fitness Equipment warranties the PIT SHARK™ and/or DEADZONE™ Ramps and Mats for 1 year from date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in product workmanship under normal use and is subject to inspection by Beachside Fitness Equipment in determining said defects. Beachside Fitness Equipment will repair and/or replace any defective product at their discretion after inspection. Excluded from Warranty are the following: Paint chipping or scratches. Some chipping and/or scratches on paint or anodize finish is normal. There is no paint or anodizing process in the world that will withstand the abuse and force of weight plates making contact with DEADZONE RAMPS. Warranty does not apply if there is evidence of abuse to any of our products.
